Are stickers waterproof?
If you choose a waterproof material, your stickers will be waterproof. Our waterproof materials include:

How do I apply stickers?
Applying your stickers is easy if you follow these steps:
- Clean the surface you want to apply your stickers to with rubbing alcohol or soapy water.
- Peel and position your stickers carefully.
- Apply pressure to active the pressure-sensitive adhesive.
- Use a credit card or your thumb to push air bubbles outwards.
- Let the adhesive bond with the surface for a few hours.

Are stickers removable?
Yes, our stickers use a permanent, medium-strength adhesive. This means that your stickers will stick, but can be removed without leaving any adhesive residue.
What is the best sticker size?
The best sticker size depends on how you want to use your stickers. If you are not sure, we recommend opting for anything between 1.5" and 2.7". This will make your stickers large enough to include text and design elements and is perfect for applying them to laptops.

Custom Labels
What size do I enter for labels?
If you want multiple designs per sticker sheet, enter the full sheet size in the pricing calculator above and upload your artwork for the full sheet.
If you want the same label on a single sheet, enter the size of the label you want. We will make your sheet size approximately A4 unless you ask specifically for another size.
You can do this in the additional instructions after uploading your artwork.
Are labels waterproof?

Can I have more than one design on a sheet?
Yes, you can get multiple designs on a sheet without any extra cost.
If you would like multiple designs on one sheet, please enter the sheet size in the pricing calculator above.
You can either combine your designs in a .zip file and we will arrange them on a sheet for you, or you can upload you own sheet.
If you do that, please ensure each design is at least 2cm big and 4mm apart and the cutline is 100% magenta.
What are sheet labels?
Sheet labels contain a number of labels printed onto an A4 sheet that is not cut through the backing paper. This makes labels faster to apply than stickers.
Ordering & Shipping
What happens after I place my order?
We'll email you a design proof within 12 working hours (Monday to Friday). Please check everything is perfect and request changes for free until you're 100% happy, then we print your stickers within 4 working days.
How long does my order take to arrive?
Our design team will send your design proof for approval within 12 working hours after placing your order (Monday-Friday). Once approved, printing takes 4 working days.
International orders are shipped with either FedEx or DHL.
You will receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your order. See our delivery times here.
Can I see what my stickers will look like before printing?
Yes. Within 12 working hours from ordering (Monday-Friday), we will send you a detailed design proof showing how your sticker looks before we print it. If you want any changes, we will make them for free until you're satisfied. Learn more about what a design proof is here.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer standard and express shipping internationally. You can find details here.
Artwork & Printing
What artwork can I upload?
We can accept nearly any artwork you can provide. However, the best file type is vectors (PDF, EPS, SVG, AI, CDR) because they have incredible print quality, no matter the size.
If you send us a vector file, please
- convert text to curves/outlines
- convert colors to CMYK.
If you cannot provide a vector, send us the highest resolution bitmap possible; this will be a file type such as; JPEG, BMP, PNG.

Can I upload multiple files (artwork) for one order?
Yes. Each design needs to be the same size and on the same material.
If you would like multiple designs of different sizes, you will need to add these to your cart separately.
To upload your files, you need to ZIP them into one .zip file. Then add instructions on how many you'd like of each file after uploading.
We will send you a design proof of all of your artwork before printing, so you can be sure it's perfect before manufacturing.
Do I have to add a cutline to my design?
No, you do not have to add a cutline yourself. Our design team can do that for you.
You can see the cutline on your design proof. It is magenta and will not be printed on your final sticker.
If you want to add your own, we have instructions on how to create a custom cutline.
Do I have to prepare my artwork before submitting it?
There are a few things you can do to your artwork to speed up the reviewing process, such as:
- Uploading a vector file
- Setting your colors to CMYK
- Converting text to outlines

Sustainability
Are sustainable stickers and labels waterproof?
No, the material these stickers get printed on is splashproof only. That means it can handle light contact with water. You can find out more about the different levels of waterproofness and which stickers and labels are waterproof here.
What eco-friendly materials do you offer?
We offer seven eco-friendly sticker options:
- Biodegradable paper
- White
- Clear
- Holographic
- Glitter
- Silver
- Gold
How are eco-friendly metallic materials made?
They are made from sustainably sourced wood pulp and contain no plastics.
We then add a 0.02µ metallised layer that gives it the holographic, glitter, silver or gold appearance.
This layer is so thin that it will not interfere with the compostability of the material and your stickers or labels will completely degrade.
How quickly do these stickers and labels compost?
Within about 12 weeks. Watch a time lapse video of it degrading here.
Die cut & Kiss cut
What is the difference between die cut and kiss cut stickers?
Die cut stickers are cut through the material layer and the backing paper, creating a custom shape for your entire sticker. Kiss cut stickers are only cut through the material layer, leaving the backing paper intact.

Which sticker should I chose?
You can choose whichever sticker you like best.
But we generally recommend using kiss cut stickers for intricate designs, as the added border makes them easier to peel.
Both stickers are create for selling on or handing out to customers.
What materials are these stickers printed on?
You can get die cut and kiss cut stickers printed onto any of our materials.
Effect Stickers
How transparent are clear stickers?
Our clear stickers have some of the highest clarity on the market because we use high-quality materials.
You will see a slight edge to your sticker, which is why we recommend keeping the shape of your sticker simple for an even cleaner finish. Simple circle or rectangle shapes work best.
What are holographic stickers?
Holographic stickers are also often referred to as metallic or iridescent stickers. They are printed onto the effect vinyl are create a beautiful rainbow-effect when the light hits them.
Can you print white on these stickers?
Yes, our digital printing technology allows us to get amazingly opaque (not see-thru) white. When printed behind a color on effect materials, it gives that color fantastic vibrancy. Read more about printing white ink on stickers and labels here.

We offer clear, holographic, glitter, silver and gold stickers and labels.
Wall stickers & Floor stickers
How long will these stickers last on my floor?
This is a tricky question to answer because it depends on how much footfall and cleaning your stickers get. When applied inside to a clean, smooth floor, this sticker should last about 1 year. If it's in a heavy traffic area, this can reduce to just a few months, and it's barely touched it'll last years.
Can I use floor stickers outside?
Yes, but only for temporary use (a few weeks or less).
How do I apply these stickers?
It's pretty easy and won't take longer than 15 minutes. We include application instructions in the box, but you can download them here if you need them.
Can I remove wall stickers?
Yes, absolutely. We use an adhesive that is designed to be removed without peeling paint away from the wall. We've carried out extensive testing and find it doesn't remove paint from walls during these tests. However, we cannot guarantee this will not happen because all painted surfaces vary.
