What happens after I place my order?
We'll email you a design proof within 12 working hours (Monday to Friday). Please check everything is perfect and request changes for free until you're 100% happy, then we print your stickers within 4 working days. You can find out more about this by looking at our lead times.
How long does my order take to arrive?
Our design team will send your design proof for approval within 12 working hours after placing your order (Monday-Friday). Once approved, printing takes 4 working days.
International orders are shipped with either FedEx or DHL.
You will receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your order. See our delivery times here.
Can I see what my stickers will look like before printing?
Yes. Within 12 working hours from ordering (Monday-Friday), we will send you a detailed design proof showing how your sticker looks before we print it. If you want any changes, we will make them for free until you're satisfied. Learn more about what a design proof is here.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer standard and express shipping internationally. You can find details here.
What happens after I checkout?
- We’ll send your design proof, within 12 working hours, for your approval before printing. Request changes for free until you’re happy.
- Once you have approved your design, we will print & ship your order within 4 working days. Shipping times will vary but are usually 2-3 days for the US.
- Open & enjoy your beautiful new stickers!

How do I get a quote?
You can find a live pricing calculator on each product page. Feed it your size, shape, material and quantity and it will generate an instant quote for you - including bulk discounts. Can't get more personalised than that!
If you are unsure about what product is the right fit for you, reach out to our experts. For the best recommendation, send us as many details as possible.
Do you offer white label packaging?
Yes, we do. To get unbranded packaging add a comment to your order at checkout AND email info@stickerit.co with your order number telling us you'd like your packaging blank.
We are working on an automated setting that will make white label packaging even easier to request in the future.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal and all major card providers such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro cards. Our payment processor is Shopify & PayPal; both who are very reputable brands and very secure.
How do I get an invoice?
You will have been emailed a copy of your invoice shortly after ordering. It is part of your order confirmation email.
If you cannot find your invoice, please contact us (Include your order number to speed up the process) and we will resend your invoice.
How do I get a discount?
If you’re on our mailing list we offer some great deals. We also offer our loyal customers great offers & discounts - especially on Black Friday.
Is it safe to buy from your website?
Simply put - yes. We have some of the most advanced fraud prevention tools provided by our payment processor PayPal & Braintree - one of the world largest financial institutions.
We also have an SSL certificate to ensure our site & your payment details are secure.

It will say ‘Sticker it’ on your bank statement.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time prior to approving your design proof. Simply email us referencing your order number and we will cancel and refund the order for you.
How are my stickers packaged?
Your stickers and labels are shipped in our compostable packaging that includes biodegradable bags, our very own paper labels and compostable cardboard boxes or envelopes, depending on the size of your stickers and labels.
How can I return my stickers?
As most of our orders are for custom products, we only can accept returns that are due to a quality fault, not because you have decided you don't want the product anymore.
If you're not completely happy, please complete the returns form and we'll try our hardest to make it perfect.

Here are a few pointers to help ensure your returns request gets processed as quickly as possible:
- Quote your order number so we can quickly identify you and your order.
- Send us a photo of the problem to help us to quickly understand what has gone wrong so we can solve problems as soon as possible.
- We will process orders that need a replacement sent as quickly as possible, usually within five days or less. We may ask you to return your original order, in which case we will pay for the shipping.
How can I reorder?
It's super easy and quick with our reorder page. All you need is the email address you used to create a Sticker it account and the number of the order you want to reorder.
- Choose the "reorder" item on the menu
- Enter your email address and order number
- Hit "retrieve order"
