We want you to be 100% happy with the products you received from us. If you notice a problem with your order, complete our simple returns form.
Here are a few pointers to help ensure your returns request gets processed as quickly as possible:
- Send your order number so we can quickly identify you and your order.
- Send us a photo of the problem and a description, so we can quickly understand what has gone wrong.
Most of our orders are for custom products, and we can only accept returns due to a quality fault, not because you don’t want or need the products anymore.
If the product isn't suitable for your application, we will help to solve the problem on a case-by-case basis. We ensure all orders meet strict quality control standards. However, our sticker/label can often be one small part of a product's packaging. We cannot control what you're applying to or how you're applying the product. We offer sample products so you can test if the stickers/labels work for your application, and we cannot be held responsible if it doesn't work. Having said this, we will always work with you to find the best solution.
We will process orders that need a replacement sent as quickly as possible, usually within 5 days or less. We may ask you to return your original order, which we will pay for the shipping.
