We want you to be 100% happy with the products you received from Sticker it. However, if you notice a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
As most of our orders are for custom products, we can only accept returns due to a quality fault, not because you have decided you don’t want the product anymore.
Here are a few pointers to help ensure your returns request gets processed as quickly as possible:
- Quote your full name and order number so we can quickly identify your order.
- Please send us a photo of the problem to quickly understand what has gone wrong to solve the problem soon.
We will process this as quickly as possible for orders that need a replacement sent, usually within 4 days or less. We may ask you to return your original order, in which case we will pay for the shipping.
