We'll give you these exact measurements within the design proof when we send it to you for your approval, before printing. If you would like a change just let us know and we'll do it for you, free of charge.

All of our shapes are self-explanatory, apart from two:

Die-cut

Die-cut stickers are cut to any shape you want around your artwork. We'll show you the shape of your sticker before printing. If you’d like it changed that’s ok, just let us know.

Kiss-cut

This sticker has 2 cutlines on it. One that gives the shape of the whole sticker, and the other that only cuts through the sticky vinyl, so you can peel that section off. They’re great for promotional hand-outs. We will show you exactly where both cuts will be made before printing and you can change it until you are happy.

We offer free shipping with all orders.

Our delivery service is with Royal Mail from the UK.

Typical shipping times are:

  • UK - 1 to 3 working days
  • Europe - 3 to 5 working days
  • Rest of the world - 5 to 7 working days

Our Hassle Free Returns Process

We want you to be 100% happy with the products you received from Sticker it.

However, if you notice a problem with your order please contact us as soon as possible.

As most of our orders are for custom products we accept returns that are due to a quality fault, not because you have decided you don't want the product anymore.

Here are a few pointers to help ensure your returns request gets processed as quickly as possible:

  • Quote your full name and order or invoice number so we can easily identify you and your order.
  • Send us a photo of the problem. This helps us to quickly understand what has gone wrong so we can solve problems as quickly as possible.

For orders that need a replacement sending, we will process this as quickly as possible, usually within 5 days or less. We may ask you to return your original order, in which case we will pay for the shipping Returns Policy

Product Details

This is our most popular type of sticker. If you order these stickers we will cut around the edge of your artwork or image, ideal for making your designs and logo really stand out! We will show you exactly what this will look like before we print them so you can make changes if you’d like.

White Gloss Sticker construction

In total these stickers are 120 microns thick. This is a great quality, durable sticker, perfect for many applications. To get our technical hats on we firstly print on a 50 micron thick white vinyl film that is backed in a permanent acrylic adhesive that is great for sticking to nearly every surface indoor and most outdoor surfaces. We then use a 50 micron protective laminate that has a gloss finish for maximum durability. These stickers laugh in the face of any threats from water and sunlight!

Print Quality

Colour and print quality is so important which is why we constantly invest in the latest tech. We use the latest digital inkjet technology to achieve the most vibrant, widest range of colours. We compliment this with a rigorous maintenance process to ensure our equipment is always performing and a strict quality-control system so all stickers being shipped are meeting the high standard you expect.

Sizes available

We can print anything from 2cm to 70cm (1” to 27.5”) in any direction.

Artwork Guide & Template

Our preferred file types are high resolution PDF or EPS files. If you are designing artwork in a vector program such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW please ensure all fonts are converted to outlines/curves. If you cannot provide one of these file types don’t worry, we accept all major file types such as; JPEG, BMP, PNG, CDR, AI, SVG, PDF and many more!

Vector and bitmap - what is better?

A vector image uses geometrical formulas (maths) to represent images. Bitmap images are made up of a pattern of pixels. Both are great, just upload the highest possible resolution so we can make your stickers the best possible quality.

Bitmap information:

  • 300 DPI resolution
  • Typically a JPEG, PNG, BMP file format

Vector information

  • Typically a SVG, EPS, PDF file format
  • Convert text to curves/outlines
  • Change the colours to CMYK
  • If you are adding a cutline indicate it in anyway you’d prefer (magenta colour, annotation or separate named layer).
