Print color directly onto mirror silver and it doesn't sit flat, it tints. Yellow comes out looking closer to gold than yellow, since the ink sits over a reflective base instead of a white one.

How to design around the reflection

Mirror silver reflects across the whole sticker depending on your design. Silver foil applies true metallic foil only where you place it, on a clear or white base. Want the whole thing to shine? Go mirror silver. Want the shine controlled to specific spots? Try silver foil stickers.
How long do mirror silver stickers last outdoors?
Mirror silver stickers are rated for up to 1 year outdoors, longer indoors. Sun and weather exposure dull the reflective finish over time, so indoor or sheltered placement keeps that mirror look sharp the longest.
