What are biodegradable paper labels?
Made from a sugarcane byproduct called bagasse + some hemp & linen, making this paper vegan and environmentally friendly.
It's printed with certified compostable & vegan inks on our HP Indigo printer.
This is a paper so cannot handle getting very wet.
It's resistant to scratches & splash proof (water only, not oils) but don't use for products that will be used in the shower.
Biodegradable paper labels get cut digitally in any shape around your design.
Choose any size from 0.39"- 27.56" (1cm-70cm) wide, up to 196" (500cm) long.
These labels can be supplied on sheets or rolls.
Biodegradable paper labels have a medium-strength adhesive, so will stick to most surfaces.
Although the glue is strong, the paper is thick so may struggle to wrap around highly curved surfaces.

Biodegradable paper labels made from sugarcane
Biodegradable paper labels give your products a soft, natural matte finish – and a story your customers will like. The paper is wood-free: around 95% sugarcane fiber (a byproduct called bagasse) and 5% hemp and linen. It's vegan, recyclable and compostable.
Printed with compostable inks
We print in full color on our HP Indigo press using certified compostable, vegan inks. The bright white matte paper keeps colors clean and text easy to read, and the material is safe for contact with food.
Best for dry, indoor products
It's paper, so it's made for indoor use. It resists scratches and light splashes of water, but not oils, and it shouldn't go on products that are used in the shower. The paper is thick, so it can struggle to wrap tightly around very curved surfaces – it's at its best on boxes, bags, mailers, jars and bottles with gentle curves.
Rolls or sheets
Choose rolls or sheets. Rolls suit labeling machines and high-volume runs; sheets suit smaller batches, have a lower minimum order and are easier to store. On rolls we can cut simple shapes – circles, ovals, squares, rectangles, rounded corners and simple custom outlines. On sheets, any shape goes. Sizes run from 0.4" to 27.5" wide.

Can biodegradable paper labels get wet?
They can handle light splashes of water, but not oils or soaking. Use them on dry, indoor products rather than anything that goes in the shower or dishwasher.
