How do I start a returns process?
Simply contact us as soon as possible.
As most of our orders are for custom products we only can accept returns that are due to a quality fault, not because you have decided you don't want the product anymore.
Here are a few pointers to help ensure your returns request gets processed as quickly as possible:
- Quote your full name and order or invoice number so we can easily identify you and your order.
- Send us a photo of the problem. This helps us to quickly understand what has gone wrong so we can solve problems as quickly as possible.
- For orders that need a replacement sending, we will process this as quickly as possible, usually within 5 days or less. We may ask you to return your original order, in which case we will pay for the shipping.
