As most of our orders are for custom products, we only can accept returns that are due to a quality fault, not because you have decided you don't want the product anymore.

Here are a few pointers to help ensure your returns request gets processed as quickly as possible:
Quote your full name and order or invoice number so we can quickly identify you and your order.
Send us a photo of the problem to help us to quickly understand what has gone wrong so we can solve problems as soon as possible.
We will process orders that need a replacement sent as quickly as possible, usually within five days or less. We may ask you to return your original order, in which case we will pay for the shipping.
