Can I Track My Order?

Yes. While your order in in-house, you can track it via your account. Once we have shipped your order, you can track it via the courier (if you chose DPD or FedEx).


You can always check on the status of your order by logging into your account.

You will see an overview of your latest orders. Click on the one you want to track and you will see the below overview.

Your order will travel along until it is ready to ship.

If you choose our free shipping service provided by Royal Mail, you will not be able to track your order in detail.

Royal Mail only offers a proof of shipping (showing that your order has left us) and delivery (detailing a successful delivery or delivery attempts).

You will be notified by email, along with your tracking number, when your order is shipped. You should be able to click the link in this email to track your package.
