How do I start a returns process?

Simply contact us as soon as possible.

As most of our orders are for custom products, we only can accept returns that are due to a quality fault, not because you have decided you don't want the product anymore.

Here are a few pointers to help ensure your returns request gets processed as quickly as possible:

  • Quote your full name and order or invoice number so we can quickly identify you and your order.
  • Send us a photo of the problem to help us to quickly understand what has gone wrong so we can solve problems as soon as possible.
  • For orders that need a replacement sent, we will process this as quickly as possible, usually within five days or less. We may ask you to return your original order, in which case we will pay for the shipping.
